With more than two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Tim Powers brings a deep level of expertise in installation, design, and project management across a wide range of residential and custom building projects. From small remodeling updates to high-end, multi-million-dollar home renovations, Tim has built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship while turning his clients’ visions into beautifully executed spaces.

As a licensed South Carolina General Contractor, Tim leads every project with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to doing things the right way. His extensive background allows him to guide clients through every stage of the remodeling process from concept and planning to execution and final detail ensuring a smooth experience and results that exceed expectations.

Designer/Marketing Manager
Michelle Powers brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to Northern Details, where she plays a vital role in guiding clients through the design and construction process. With a deep passion for real estate, residential construction, and interior design, Michelle earned her professional degree in Interior Design in 2020 and has since built several years of full-time experience working in a professional design studio.

Her knowledge of current design trends, materials, and functionality allows her to help clients create spaces that are both beautiful and practical. Michelle is known for her strong listening skills and her ability to understand each client’s vision, ensuring that every project reflects their personal style while maintaining thoughtful design and attention to detail.

At Northern Details, Michelle works closely with homeowners to make the remodeling process smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable from concept to completion. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with clients and consistently strives to exceed expectations through carefully planned and well-designed spaces.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys decorating her own home, traveling to new destinations, trying new restaurants, and exploring the beautiful beaches of South Carolina.
