We have been working closely with Tim for over a year now. He was the Project Manager for our substantial home renovation. He is responsive and has great attention to detail and also is very tidy and took great pride in his work. We highly recommend Timothy Powers for construction work. He built a living room addition and deck for our home. The time frame and cost was exactly as Tim stated. Various phases of building included concrete foundation, framing, roofing, sheetrock, gorgeous gas fireplace with trim hand designed by Tim. Cathedral ceiling with matched pine boards. Flooring is vinyl and also put the flooring in the existing dining and kitchen rooms. Windows and sliding glass door installed. The outside deck is part open with an awning, the other is an enclosed area with screening and two doors to exit. I love my screened in deck!! Two sets of stairs off the deck. I am very happy to provide a letter of recommendation for Timothy. He is one of the most reliable and dedicated professional persons I have ever dealt with. Anyone should be honored to hire him.

Timothy Powers was our project manager for the complete renovation of our home in 2020. From the very first day on the job, he displayed a thorough knowledge of construction and craftsmanship. He paid attention to every detail and more specifically to our wants and needs. He was personable, highly communicative and attentive. If a concern arose, he addressed it with transparency and a solution that resulted in an even better outcome than we had anticipated. Our home was no small project and what began as an average renovation to our summer home, ended up as a complete tear down and rebuilt. Every step of the way was discussed, and every detail was thought through with precision. We felt confident throughout the entire project that took well over a year to complete. It didn’t go un-noticed that Timothy held very high standards not only in the entire crew onsite, but also in his ability to lead and stay on track and on budget. Timothy poured our concrete foundation, framed the walls, sheet-rocked and painted, installed cabinets and trimmed out our house. He also built some beautiful built-ins and a custom laundry area. All details were done with precision and skill. Our expectations were exceeded, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We love our new home.
