On November 6th, 2025, Northern Details LLC proudly attended the Annual PRISM Awards & Gala hosted by the Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) — a night dedicated to honoring excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship in Lowcountry home building and remodeling. Surrounded by some of the most talented professionals in our industry, we were deeply honored to be selected as the 2025 PRISM Award Winner for Best Kitchen Remodel in the $100,000–$149,000 category.


This recognition means more to us than words can express.

The project that earned this award was a stunning kitchen transformation that blended thoughtful design, structural reconfiguration, and exceptional craftsmanship. What began as a closed-off, segmented space became an open, elegant, beautifully functional kitchen — complete with a bold blue island, meticulous finishes, and the warm sophistication our brand has become known for.
